Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy has disclosed that he regrets having a feud with Olamide back in 2015 over a speech he made after collecting an award.
Speaking to BBNaija reality star Doyin in an interview when asked about moments he felt he disapointed his fans and followers, Don Jazzy revealed that he regrets the 2015 Headies incident with Olamide among other things.
ER recalls that Olamide Adedeji, the YBNL boss, caused a stir in 2015 after he took to the stage to bomb the Headies organizers for denying his act, Lil Kesh, of the Next Rated Artiste Award category which Reekado Banks, Mavin artiste bagged.
After Olamide’s speech, Don Jazzy who won The Lifetime Achievement Award and while taking his award, he addressed Olamide’s rant on stage.
He said, “Egbon Olamide, if you want the car, come and take it.” This brewed tension amongst the two camps for days until they eventually settled their rift.
Although, the two music stars had taken to their Social media pages to apologise to fans and public at large, for their misconduct.
In a recent interview, music executive Don Jazzy, commented on how he instantly felt regret after his actions and had to apologise to all parties involved.
