BBNaija: How Ilebaye became N120m richer

Last night, Ilebaye Odiniya, 22, was crowned the Big Brother Naija All-Stars season winner after 70 days inside a closed house with 24 housemates from previous editions, including ex winners from the reality show franchise.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show’s host host, declared Ilebaye, the first-time All Stars finalist as the winner on Sunday finale.

ER reports that she was been presented with the N120 million grand prize.

Mercy Eke was the runner-up with Cee-C coming third.

The other finalists in order of eviction are Cross, Pere and Adekunle.

Ilebaye began the show strongly, making controversial statements, getting into fights and pitching housemates against one another.

Her actions put her on the lips of viewers from day one in the Big Brother house.

The ‘Gen Z baddie’ as she calls herself relaxed on her game when she got two strikes following clashes with Cee-C and Doyin. A third strike would have seen her disqualified.

Her effort to create a love triangle between her, Neo and Tolanibaj also excited viewers.

Ilebaye’s ride to the final became sealed after she maintained unusual calmness in the face of provocation.

Ike, Pere and a few other male housemates had trashed her personal belongings in order to get her to react violently so she could get a third strike.

4. A graduate of Criminology and Security Studies from Salem University, Lokoja, Kogi State, Ilebaye was born to Hon and Mrs Odinya.
5. Ilebaye’s father, an Abuja-based politician, is a former Physical Health Education teacher at Kogi State’s Government Secondary School Alloma Ofu.
6. She is a 22-year-old actress and fashion model.
