US-based actor Tayo Adeleye loses wife

Actor and filmmaker Tayo Adeleye has announced the death of his wife, Shantal Sakwe Adeleye.

The tragic news was revealed in an Instagram post on Tuesday by the US-based movie producer, who included clips from the funeral ceremony as well as throwback photos of the couple.

Tayo Adeleye, who was heartbroken, paid tribute to the deceased both at the funeral and on Instagram.

He wrote: “Forever etched in my heart, you were my guiding light, my partner in laughter and tears. Your absence is deeply felt, yet your love continues to illuminate my path. Until we meet again, my beloved wife, rest peacefully in the arms of eternity. #InLovingMemory #ForeverMissed“.

Tayo and his wife got married in December 2020.

He celebrated his wife’s birthday on August 30, 2023.
