Simi reacts to pregnancy speculations as fans spot singer’s protruding tummy

Simi, a popular Nigerian musician, has cleared the air after reports of her pregnancy surfaced.

Simi received misleading congratulations when Spyro tweeted a video of them enjoying their new collaboration.

The duo showcased their chemistry in a teaser for their upcoming song, “Only Fine Girl Remix,” set to release on Friday, December 15.

However, the video prompted speculation about Simi being pregnant due to her protruding tummy.

In response, Simi shared the same video on her Instagram page, dismissing the pregnancy rumors and addressing those offering congratulatory messages.

She clarified that any congratulations were for bloating, stating:

“If you’re congratulating me, just know you’re congratulating me for bloating. Because una no dey serious normally.”

The comment section was however filled with remarks from netizens who expressed anticipation over the incoming jam, and others who reacted to her disclaimer.
