OAU lecturer Ayo Ojediran found dead in office

A lecturer at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Osun State Ayo Ojediran has died after slumping in his office.

ER gathered that some of Ojediran’s colleagues saw him looking lifeless in his office on Tuesday and took him to the institution’s clinic where he was confirmed dead.

The deceased lectured at the Department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education.

OAU spokesman Abiodun Olarewaju said it was a sad occurrence, according to Vanguard.

On Facebook, a close friend of the deceased Ayodeji Obisesan described him as someone willing to help at any time.

“Such a very nice and humble man to the core. Always willing to help. God will give us your students, friends, colleagues, associates, and family members the fortitude to bear this great loss. May your soul rest in perfect peace Dr Ojediran Isaac Ayodele,” Obisesan stated.
