BBNaija winner Phyna clears air on having baby outside wedlock

Josephina Otabor, a.k.a. Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija season seven, has addressed having baby out of wedlock.

While in the Big Brother house, many believed the 25-year-old gave birth to a girl out of wedlock. Additionally, images of Phyna and the kid were dug up and shared on social media.

However, in a recent interview with on the E-splash podcast aired on TVC, Phyna pointed out that the child is not her biological daughter.

When asked about the baby, Phyna said: “My baby girl, yea she is fine. I have not seen her, she is with my aunt. It’s not like she is my child o. She’s my elder cousin’s child. His wife died. Since then I have been taking care of her. A lot of people think she is my child and yes she is. I am planning on bringing her with me I’m less busy.”

A graduate of engineering, Phyna who hails from Edo State competed in the Level Up edition of the Big Brother Naija show.
