BBNaija star Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has admitted she is seeing someone, but she will not call him her man in public until there is a ring.
She made the confession on Morayo Afolabi’s show in a clip that spread online. Asked if any man currently deserves her time, Tacha refused the usual celebrity reveal.
“Well, there’s something I like, but if there’s no ring, are you going to come and say I’m in a relationship?”
She then gave the clearest answer she was willing to give.
“I would say that he’s somebody I like, but who knows? I could be on the show next week and say I’m not in a relationship, break up and come back. But for now I’m in a relationship. In this industry, you need that one person because it is always lonely at the top.”
Tacha, who has kept her dating life largely unnamed since Pepper Dem made her famous, is saying the relationship exists and that she will not stake her name on it. A breakup, in her telling, might be close enough that she does not want the headline waiting for her.
She was more specific about the kind of man she wants.
“I love very quiet guys. I want you to be very outspoken around me, but outside maintain steeze, somebody that keeps to himself, an amazing hardworking guy, and also need to love God as much as I do.”
Looks and money were not negotiable.
“Please, I don’t like a beautiful man. I should be the very fine one. And then have money too, so I will not be managing your roller coaster of emotions.”
