Zlatan Ibile has fired back at Portable after the Zazu singer questioned a screenshot showing about N504 million in the rapper’s wallet.
Zlatan posted the balance and the figure quickly split social media. Portable responded in videos, insisting a musician cannot keep that kind of money in a personal account. He said Zlatan was not the real owner of the funds, and that if the money was truly his, it pointed to money laundering or other shady business.
“It’s not possible for a musician to have N500M in his account. Most of these musicians are involved in money laundering and cartel businesses,” Portable said in one clip.
In another, he claimed he has seen N500 million before, spent more than that, and will soon become a Fanta ambassador and collect a similar fee.
Zlatan answered with one line that fans immediately treated as the knockout.
“With all the soap and Fanta, N500m still looks like a lot to my guy.”
The new fight sits on an old wound. Portable has accused Zlatan of sabotaging his relationship with Davido. He said he was in the United States looking for a foreign feature when Davido invited him out, and that Zlatan told Davido to be careful around him.
