A Lagos State High Court has granted an interim order stopping Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin from posting pictures of Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s son, Rakeem, and from publishing editorials about the family on her social media pages.
The suit is marked LD/ADR/6646/2026. The claimants are Mrs Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, Mr Juma Mussa Mkambala and Master Rakeem Mkambala. The defendant is listed as Elizabeth Aishat Ibukun Anjorin Lawal. Hon. Justice Yetunde Adesola Adesanya sat at Court No. 10, JIC Taylor, Igbosere. Priscilla shared copies of the enrolment of order on her Instagram page.
The application was brought ex parte on August 26, 2026. Counsel O. I. Salami Esq. appeared for the family. The court relied on an affidavit sworn by Juma Mussa Mkambala.
The first order is blunt.
“An Order of this Honourable Court restraining the Respondent either by its agents, privies, representatives, employees, officers or any other person or group of persons howsoever described and/or under the Respondent’s authority from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading and broadcasting the 3rd Applicant’s pictures” on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok, including pages named @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrs and accounts tied to Yeyemesho Lizzyanjorin Luxury Fabrics, “pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice in this suit.”
The second order goes beyond photos. The court restrained Anjorin from using those same platforms “to cease and desist broadcasting, publishing and posting editorials on the Applicants,” including @lizzyanjorin_soyoyo, until the Motion on Notice is heard.
The court fight lands on a long public quarrel that has already pulled in Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla and Anjorin. In July, after Anjorin criticised their attendance at a wedding, Priscilla wrote:
“I’m not a child, I am a wife and a mom and I’m capable of making my own decisions. I will never go where I am not invited. I have been quiet about this lady because she is clearly mentally ill and I am building my case. That’s all I’ll say.”
This filing is the case she said she was building, now aimed at keeping the child’s pictures and family write-ups off Anjorin’s pages.
Under Priscilla’s Instagram stories of the order, one follower wrote “good.” Another quipped, “jail is water.”
