Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Daniel Olatunji, popularly known as Danboskid, has laid out how far life has dropped since he left the house. In a video shared, the 26-year-old said he is back in the family home and sleeping in his sister’s room.
He was the first housemate evicted from the 2025 edition after 12 days, with the lowest share of viewer votes on the first live eviction night. He has said a name change inside the house made it harder for fans to find and vote for him. That early exit is now sitting beside a much quieter reality.
“I don’t really know what to say, but I know I have so many things in mind. And I know I don’t know what’s going on with me. But I know I have to change what’s going on. I know I have to start being intentional. I know I have to start altering my own reality. Because I have to make things work regardless,” he said.
He was careful about how he described the family situation.
“As I said, we’re not suffering. My dad is a tenant. So yeah, we’re just suffering mentally.”
He considered selling his laptop, then kept it because he still needs it for work.
The bigger picture he keeps repeating is film.
“I have a script going on. I’m going to produce my movie. I’m going to become a movie producer and a world-class top actor.”
Then the honesty that followed:
“That’s like the bigger picture. But how do we go about it? I honestly do not know.”
While he figures that out, the short-term plan is smaller and more immediate.
“I also want to start my accessory brand. Oh yeah, I know how to select good accessories. So yeah, you all know I’m going to put it on my business page to patronise me because that’s how I want to kick-start myself.”
He stacked the rest in one list.
“Get something done for myself. Start doing Uber. Start my accessory brand. Get a house for myself. Fix my family, and become a meaningful user. That’s the plan.”
Danboskid, an actor, model and entrepreneur from Ekiti State, said he is not asking for pity. He wants advice and support while he tries to show who he is outside the image people built for him online. His public split with fellow Season 10 star Zita after the show already put his post-house life in headlines.
