The bitter Okoye family feud has escalated further as Peter Okoye released the fifth part of his tell-all video series, accusing his elder brother and former manager Jude Okoye of repeatedly threatening his life.

In the latest video shared on Instagram, Peter detailed a heated disagreement over a jointly owned property in the United States. He claimed the conflict erupted after he questioned plans to sell the house without his knowledge.

Peter alleged that Jude threatened him multiple times.

“Jude has threatened me several times in front of Paul that he was going to kill me. Jude threatened that he is going to kill me and he is going to kill my wife… Jude posted his hand loading guns…” he said.

He further claimed Jude once told him:

“If you are coming to my house, carry your coffin along. I will shoot you, bury you and nothing will happen.”

Peter added that while he was recording one of the confrontations, “my twin brother raised his hand and slapped me.”

According to Peter, he was later presented with documents that would have transferred his ownership rights in the property to Jude’s wife, Ify Okoye. He said he refused to sign them. He also referenced earlier threats, including one mentioned in the letter announcing Psquare’s 2017 breakup.

Peter insisted he is speaking out to set the record straight rather than seek public sympathy. He vowed to continue telling his side of the story and cautioned against false narratives

.Jude Okoye responded by taking a spiritual stance. Reacting to the new video, he wrote:

“Oh wow! Now these, bro? Fine, it’s ok. To the Almighty God I hand over everything. You will be in my prayers. Shalom.”

Jude has previously maintained that many of the issues raised by Peter are already before the courts. He has accused his brother of trying to bait him and influence public opinion while legal proceedings remain ongoing. Jude has also stated that he has had no involvement with Psquare for about eight years.

Jude’s wife, Ify Okoye, also addressed the allegations that sought to draw her into the dispute. In a lengthy Instagram story post, she refused to trade accusations.

“There comes a time when silence is no longer about fear, but about entrusting the truth to God.”

“I have become aware of stories that have been twisted and manipulated to draw me into disputes that I neither created nor desire. I will not respond by trading accusations or fueling public conflict. As a believer, I choose to let God be my witness, for He knows every conversation, every intention, and every truth hidden from human eyes.”

“The story of Ananias and Sapphira reminds us that while people can deceive others for a time, no one can deceive God. He is the righteous judge who weighs every motive, exposes every falsehood, and upholds the truth in His perfect time.”

“I have no desire to defend myself before those committed to misunderstanding me. Truth does not need manipulation to prevail, and I trust God to vindicate what is right.”

“My prayer is not for judgment, but for Mercy. May God bring conviction where it is needed, healing where there is brokenness, and peace where there is unrest. May He soften hardened hearts, restore what has been damaged, and lead us all into truth, humility, repentance, and His perfect love.”

The Okoye family dispute stretches back years and involves accusations of financial mismanagement, royalty diversions, property shares, and the repeated breakup of Psquare. Peter has previously accused his brothers of betrayal and attempts to cut him out of business interests. Jude has consistently denied wrongdoing and pointed to ongoing court cases and EFCC investigations.
