Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has ignited fresh speculation about her marriage after sharing a powerful thread on surviving a narcissist, just hours after her husband Bobby Maris posted a cryptic message that many interpreted as aimed at her.

The drama unfolded when Bobby Maris, on his Instagram page, shared:

“The crown wife is not fit for every woman’s head.”

Shortly after, reports emerged that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram, sending shockwaves through their fans.

In response, Uche Ogbodo posted a detailed survival guide titled “101 on how to survive a narcissist,” offering what many see as a direct reflection of her personal situation.

She advised:

“The first attitude is consequences without overexplaining. When a narcissist crosses your boundaries… Just show them the consequence directly. No explanation. Just consequence on their face.”

On detachment, she wrote:

“The second attitude is unpredictable detachment. Let the narcissist do whatever they want… The day a narcissist realizes you do not give a damn about what they are doing, something inside them shakes.”

Uche further urged women to stop overfunctioning:

“The third attitude is becoming useless to their exploitation… Become stingy with money. If they are using you for labor, become stingy with effort.”

She concluded with a powerful stand against being guilt tripped:

“The fourth attitude is becoming impossible to guilt-trip… The day these sentences stop working on you, a narcissist loses one of their biggest weapons.”

The actress’s detailed post has drawn massive attention, with supporters praising her strength and others questioning if it signals the end of her marriage.

While neither Uche nor Bobby has made an official statement confirming a split, their social media moves and posts have left fans divided and concerned.
