Nollywood actress Queeneth Agbor is set to mark her birthday with a purpose-driven initiative tagged “Strength Beyond Walls,” by feeding 1,000 inmates at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre on October 9, 2025.
The actress, who has featured in countless Nollywood movies and worked with several industry greats, said the idea came as a divine inspiration.
“This year I wanted a birthday with a purpose. My initial plan was just to visit a motherless babies’ home quietly and give to the orphans because I am an orphan too. But one morning while praying, I heard clearly: Feed 1,000 inmates. I wondered how possible that would be in this economy. But after praying again, the inspiration came stronger: I will raise people to feed these people, and there is strength beyond walls. That touched me deeply”, Agbor said.
According to her, the initiative aims to show love and bring hope to inmates who are often forgotten.
“These inmates are actually humans. Showing them love on that day will mean something special”, she added.
The event will feature the support of notable personalities, including Charles Inojie, Spydaman, Beverly Afaglo, Baba De Baba, Emeka Ossai, Emmanuella Iloba, Princess Chidinma (Princess Salt), amongst others.
Through Strength Beyond Walls, Agbor hopes to highlight the humanity of inmates while using her platform to inspire others to spread kindness in unconventional places.
