Basketmouth speaks on friendship with AY, says “a snake can only shed its skin to be bigger”

Bright Okpocha better known by his stage name Basketmouth, a popular Nigerian comedian and filmmaker, has opened up on his relationship with colleague, comedian AY, stating that he was never friends with his colleague, AY.

Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast recently, Basketmouth likened AY to a snake that can never change but rather sheds its skin to become a bigger snake.

In his words:

“All my men dey laugh me because they warned me say guy be careful because a snake can only shed its skin to be a bigger snake. AY is not my friend. The wedding sef, I no invite am. I no even know say them invite am. Na my friends I invite for my wedding.”
