Ubi Franklin breaks silence as Davido unfollows him on Instagram

Ubi Franklin, a talent manager, has spoken out for the first time since news broke that singer Davido had unfollowed him.

Ubi Franklin shared the causes of most failed relationships on his Instagram story.

The father of four feels that most breakups weren’t brought on by natural causes. He claims that dishonesty, selfishness, and lies destroy relationships.

“Most relationships don’t die from natural causes. They are killed by a lack of loyalty, selfishness and lies”.

On Tuesday night it seemed like the once enviable friendship between Afrobeats singer, Davido and talent manager, Ubi Franklin had come to an abrupt end.

Recall that the singer, who is still grieving the loss of his son, had unfollowed more people in Instagram.

Kemi Filani did a check and noticed that Ubi Franklin had been kicked off Davido’s following list.

The singer, at the time of reporting was currently following 1,748 and Ubi Franklin isn’t among.

This came just few days after, Ubi Franklin got his first tattoo in honor of Ifeanyi Adeleke

The music executive took to his Instagram stories to share a picture of the tattoo with Ifeanyi Adeleke’s nickname ‘Popsicles’, and a dove bird which signifies ‘Rest in Peace’. Sharing it, he indicated Ifeanyi’s death date.

Social media as expected had a field day reacting to the shocking news.

While others mocked Ubi Franklin, others blamed his tattooing of Ifeanyi as the cause of their supposed rift.
