Blossom Chukwujekwu’s ex-wife Maureen Ezissi buries dad

The ex-wife of actor Blossom Chukwujekwu, Maureen Ezissi, has buried her father, Charles Okafor Ezissi.

On Friday, October 14, Mr. Ezissi was laid to rest in his hometown of Anambra State.

Maureen posted clips from the burial ceremony on Instagram on Friday.

The white-clad 36-year-old can be seen in the video using a shovel to cover the grave with sand.

Captioning the video, a sad Maureen wrote: “Bye Dada. I could never get over this.”

Fellow celebrities like Iyabo Ojo, Chigul, Oma Nnadi, Prince Nelson, Nikky Laoye, and BBNaija’s Cross consoled her in the comment section of the post.

Maureen announced the death of her father in an Instagram post on August 19, 2022.

Sharing a photo of herself and the deceased, she wrote: “COMPLETELY. S H A T T E R E D ! ! !. RIP DADA – 19-08-22.”

Blossom and Maureen got married in a private traditional wedding ceremony in December 2015. They had a more elaborate white wedding in October 2016.

The public was made aware of their crashed marriage when the duo unfollowed each other on social media in September 2019.
