Controversial social media personality and self-styled relationship therapist, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged N69.15 million fraud.

The influencer appeared before Justice R.A. Oshodi at the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, facing a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money under false pretences and stealing.

The EFCC, through its Lagos Zonal Directorate 1, accused Blessing CEO of defrauding victims of the huge sum. Prosecution counsel C.C. Okezie urged the court to proceed with the arraignment, insisting the defendant had been properly served with the charges.

Defence counsel Nkama Nneka, however, argued that service was only recently effected. Justice Oshodi eventually ruled that the arraignment should proceed in line with legal provisions, and the charges were read to the defendant.

This latest court appearance adds to the growing legal troubles surrounding the influencer, whose lifestyle and content have often courted public controversy even before these fraud allegations surfaced.

The development comes weeks after she faced a separate EFCC case involving an alleged N36 million fraud, highlighting the mounting pressure on the self-proclaimed relationship expert.
