Social media commentator VeryDarkMan has escalated his scrutiny of singer B-Red’s new Lamborghini, alleging that two endorsement deals totaling about ₦500 million were used as a smokescreen and that the cheques involved carried identical serial numbers.

B-Red, whose real name is Adebayo Adeleke, is the son of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke and a cousin of Davido. He took delivery of a red Lamborghini Urus in early October 2026. His brother Sina Rambo also showed a matching red Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon around the same time. VeryDarkMan had earlier questioned how the brothers funded the vehicles and urged the family not to “finish Osun State funds.”

In a fresh video that began circulating on October 20, 2026, the activist focused on the endorsement deals B-Red’s camp had cited as the source of the car money. He pointed to a ₦200 million deal with Armstrong Paints Limited announced in February 2025 and a ₦300 million cheque said to have come from Evermark Homes around July 2025

.“Please, ladies and gentlemen, can you explain to me how two different companies issued this guy a cheque with the same serial number?” he asked.

He noted the five-month gap between the two instruments and said both bore the same serial number despite coming from separate companies.

“We need FCMB to explain that.”

VeryDarkMan called the arrangement fraud and money laundering. He described the deals as a “smokescreen” intended to conceal the real source of funds used for the Lamborghini and contrasted the spending with Osun State’s economic challenges.

The Armstrong Paints partnership is documented. Multiple outlets reported in February 2025 that B-Red signed a six-month ₦200 million endorsement as brand ambassador, with his manager Joseph Ikyobo confirming the agreement. B-Red himself later announced on X in July 2025 that he had joined Evermark Homes as a brand ambassador. The precise ₦300 million figure and the claim of matching serial numbers rest on VeryDarkMan’s presentation of the cheques.

No public statement from B-Red, Armstrong Paints, Evermark Homes, or the Adeleke family addressing the serial-number allegation had appeared as of publication. The claims remain VeryDarkMan’s. He has not produced independent verification that the cheques are genuine or that the serial numbers match for the reasons he suggests.

The episode continues a pattern in which the activist has pressed public figures on the sources of sudden luxury spending.
