Nigerian singer and songwriter Tolulope Ajayi, popularly known as T Classic, has gone viral after recounting how he allegedly caught his ex-girlfriend cheating through a set of apps most people would never think to check.

The Nobody Fine Pass You crooner shared his account in a video that spread rapidly online, telling followers that when the betrayal came, it did not did not show up where anyone would expect it.

“I didn’t catch her cheating on Snapchat. I didn’t catch her sending nudes on WhatsApp. I didn’t catch her chatting and cheating on Facebook. I didn’t catch her cheating on TikTok,” he said, running through the list with a delivery that made clear he had mentally revisited every possibility before landing on the truth.

According to the singer, the trail eventually led him to Gmail and YouTube, two platforms that sit on virtually every smartphone but rarely feature in conversations about relationship red flags. The Gmail discovery alone was enough to raise eyebrows, but T Classic was not done.

It was a third revelation that appeared to shake him the most, and understandably so. The Notes app on his ex-girlfriend’s iPhone, a tool designed for jotting down grocery lists and saving passwords, had apparently been turned into something else entirely.

“The one that shocked me most was that she was sharing her private pictures through Notes app of all places,” he said, with the disbelief audible in his voice.

The detail has since taken on a life of its own online, with thousands of Nigerians reacting to the idea that someone had thought creatively enough to use the Notes app as a channel for sending intimate images. T Classic, for his part, was not amused. He closed the video with a message aimed squarely at anyone in a relationship who thought they had covered all their bases.

“Brothers and sisters, check your partner’s Gmail,” he said.
