Controversial socialite and crossdresser Bobrisky has once again set the internet ablaze with a no-holds-barred Instagram post calling out Nigerian women for going overboard with the weight-loss drug Ozempic. The self-styled Queen of Lagos expressed shock at how many once-curvy ladies have transformed into extremely thin versions of themselves in pursuit of the latest trend.
Bobrisky did not hold back in his signature humorous yet sharp style.
“God please ooo! Who swore for some of these Nigerian women? You guys need to leave Ozempic alone please!” he wrote.
He continued:
“Some of you girls were so pretty with that thick, juicy vibe, but now you’ve turned into lizards that forgot to eat! You all don’t have mirrors in your houses? It’s not every trend you are supposed tofollow o!”
He went further to describe the results of excessive use.
“Some of you have overdone this Ozempic to the point that even your shadow is looking for where to hide! You will see a woman who used to have a sweet body before, but now she looks like NEPA carried all the flesh away.”
He rounded off the message with a clear plea for self-acceptance:
“Ozempic is not beauty competition, my people! Please, know when to stop chasing trends and love your body.”
Ozempic, a medication originally developed for type 2 diabetes and later popular for weight management, has become a hot topic in celebrity and social media circles worldwide, with many users seeking rapid results. Bobrisky framed the current wave among some Nigerian women as an extreme and unnecessary chase that risks erasing natural beauty and curves that many once celebrated.
