Former Big Brother Naija housemate Chichi has reignited her long-running feud with Season 7 winner Phyna after jumping into the latest celebrity drama involving influencer Ashmusy and a multi-million naira boxing deal.
The fresh clash started when Phyna accused Ashmusy of trying to push her out of a celebrity boxing match. Ashmusy quickly denied the sabotage claim and withdrew from the fight entirely.

That is when Chichi entered the conversation with a blistering rant. She questioned why Phyna keeps finding herself in situations where people refuse to work with her.
“Girl at this point, you need to take a chill. Have you ever sat down and ask yourself why people don’t want to associate their brand with you? I am not a brokie like you nor am I desperate for famous. I was born to be famous,” Chichi said.
She claimed the same organisers also reached out to her but she turned them down because she is not desperate for fame. Then she went further.
“I grew up from the street, but I am not a mad woman. You’re a disgrace to the people from the streets. I can prove it to you that most of the streets is ashamed of you because the street doesn’t behave that way. The street is not an embarrassment to the community or a nuisance.”
The two women were once close during their time in the Big Brother Naija Level Up house before their relationship collapsed. Their rift exploded publicly at the 2023 reunion, leading to a N100 million lawsuit Chichi filed against Phyna over alleged defamatory comments. The two have remained sworn enemies ever since.
Online reactions have been mixed. Some users told Chichi to move on from the 2023 drama, while others sided with her criticism of Phyna’s latest outburst. One popular post mocked Phyna for “shouting over the money like a lunatic” over the reported ₦15 million deal.
The boxing match itself now hangs in the balance after Ashmusy pulled out. Phyna has not issued a fresh public response to Chichi’s latest attack as of press time.
