Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has stirred fresh controversy with his latest relationship advice, claiming that many men end up dating and marrying women who do not genuinely love them.

The actor made the remarks during his appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast. He argued that true love from a woman is easily noticeable through her willingness to go the extra mile, but many men settle for less.

“If you meet a woman who loves you, she will be willing to do anything for you. But the problem is that a lot of men are with women who don’t love them and are wasting their time.”

He further claimed that once a woman begins cheating, she has emotionally and psychologically checked out of the relationship.

“I tell you, once a woman begins to cheat, she has checked out emotionally and psychologically.”

Yul also maintained that men who forgive infidelity are weak.

“So, there is nothing like forgiveness when it comes to cheating. If you do, you are a weak man.”

He advised men to set firm boundaries and avoid being emotionally dependent. He said:

“Women don’t love weak men.”
