Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has stirred reactions with her candid views on trust and loyalty in marriage, stating that while she trusts her husband Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, she accepts that cheating would ultimately be his personal decision.
In a recent interview on WithChude hosted by Chude Jideonwo, Priscilla addressed the realities of being married to a public figure constantly surrounded by attention and rumours. She said:
“If my husband decides to cheat, it’s his decision, but he’s a very disciplined man and I know he won’t. I don’t stress myself about who is around him or what people might do.”
Priscilla emphasised that her peace comes from confidence in her husband’s character rather than constant monitoring.
“At the end of the day, it comes down to the kind of man he is and the values he holds. You can’t control everything. If someone wants to do something, they will do it. But I trust my husband, and that gives me peace.”
The young wife further stressed the importance of mutual understanding over fear.
“I believe in trust and understanding. That’s what keeps a relationship strong, not fear.”
