Iyabo Ojo’s Daughter Priscilla Hails Mum Amid Drama

Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has publicly rallied behind her mother and urged fans to show full support for the upcoming movie The Return of Arinzo. In an Instagram post she shared, Priscilla described her mother as someone who is “always misunderstood” and unfairly blamed, while pointing out what she sees as a deliberate pattern of controversies timed to derail the project.

Priscilla wrote:

“Since Arinzo’s announcement can’t you see the pattern a lot of drama back to back just for one aim: ruin her plans? But God’s stronger than man. And this movie will sell in Jesus’ name!”

She also addressed how her mother is criticised regardless of her actions.

“When she’s quiet, they twist the story!!! When she speaks, they get angry about the truth still twist the story!”

The young influencer emphasised her mother’s good heart and the support she receives from genuine fans.

“All in all a good heart’ll always win… if she was a bad person you think people would show up and support her? Exactly.”

Priscilla further noted that Iyabo often fights battles for others but is left unsupported when she needs it.

“Most of the time she gets dragged is because she’s Always fighting peoples battles offline + online but when it’s time for them to fight for her what happens is that they go mute.”

She ended the post with a strong motivational message for her mother.

“YOUR FANS AND JPS LOVE YOU! Never change who you are… Truth’ll reveal itself eventually… Arinzo!! IT WILL SELL! ”

The message comes shortly after the star-studded premiere of The Return of Arinzo on Sunday night, where a public snub between Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele dominated headlines.

Iyabo Ojo had earlier attempted to mediate peace between the two actresses but later stepped back, stating she had tried her best and would no longer get involved. Priscilla’s post appears to be a show of solidarity with her mother amid the swirling controversies.
