I Am Not Stable — Doris Ogala Breaks Down in Tears, Denies Viral Pastor Chris Okafor Video Was About Her

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has tearfully spoken out again, addressing the growing controversy surrounding her alleged relationship with clergyman Pastor Chris Okafor and clarifying that a viral sermon video currently circulating online was not directed at her.

The actress, who recently accused the pastor of betraying her following reports of his impending marriage, said the public had misinterpreted the resurfaced clip, turning it into something it was never meant to be.

In an emotional video shared online, Ogala explained that the sermon many believe was a response to her recent outburst was recorded in 2023, at a time when she was still in a relationship with the clergyman.

She stated clearly:

“That video was made in 2023 when I was dating Chris Okafor. That video is not referring to me. That is not a response from Chris Okafor to me.”

Her clarification comes amid intense online debates, with many netizens linking the pastor’s message to her allegations.

Fighting back tears, the actress appealed to the public to stop the ridicule and instead show compassion, revealing that she is currently not in a good mental or emotional place.

In a chilling statement, she said:

“You might wake up tomorrow and I won’t be in this world again. I know the state of mind that I am in right now.”

She added:

“When you see someone in this situation, don’t mock them.”

Doris Ogala went further to share distressing details of what she described as ordeals she faced while dealing with Pastor Chris Okafor.

According to her, she was once contracted to assist the cleric and some of his associates, but the relationship later deteriorated.

She alleged that the situation escalated into a financial dispute involving one of Okafor’s associates, who had given her money. After repeatedly asking for the funds, she claimed she was partially paid and later arrested on allegations of defamation.

Recounting one of her most painful experiences, Ogala said:

“Chris contracted me to help him and his friends. What did he pay me back with? He arrested me.”

She further alleged:

“He also arrested me four days to my brother’s burial and kept me in State CID in Owerri for two days.”

The actress described the experience as traumatic, noting that it happened during a period of personal grief.

Ogala admitted that opening up took immense courage and said she felt compelled to speak from her heart, despite her fragile state.

“Chris has done a lot of things to me. I am not stable. I am saying this from the bottom of my heart. It took me a lot to say all this.”

As of the time of this report, Pastor Chris Okafor has not publicly responded to the latest claims or clarifications made by the actress.
