We’ve allowed worst of us to lead Nigeria – Charly Boy on mass migration
Charles Oputa, alias Charly Boy, a Nigerian singer, has blamed the country’s weak government for the country’s mass migration.
ER reports that Nigeria is currently experiencing a brain drain crisis as a result of a large migration of young professionals to Europe and North America in quest of brighter pastures.
Charly Boy recently decried the country’s persistent brain drain while tweeting a viral video of youthful visa applicants thronging the UK Visa Application Centre (TSL) in Ikeja, Lagos.
He captioned the video, “UK Visa Application Centre (TSL) Ikeja Lagos yesterday.
“The best of our young workforce is leaving dis refugee camp.
“How we have allowed the worst of us to lead the best of us.”
