You are a disaster – Dbanj blast contestant at Nigerian idol
Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, better known as D’banj, a popular Nigerian singer, has slammed a man who performed Wizkid’s song “Reckless.”
The unidentified man auditioned for the current season of “Nigeria Idol.”
After Progress Chukwuyem won last year’s edition, the judges Dbanj, Simi, and Obi Asika returned to the show last month.
At the audition which aired on Africa Magic on Sunday, one of the contestants performed Wizkid’s popular hit song, Reckless.
Amused by his performance, the judges burst into uncontrollable laughter.
Reacting, Dbanj described the performance as a disaster and rejected him.
He said, “You are not just a star, you are a big disaster.”
