Apostle Suleman saga: Halima Abubakar apologises to 2Baba’s wife, Annie Idibia
Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has publicly apologised to Annie Idibia, a fellow actor.
Days after including the married actress in her altercation with Apostle Suleman, the actress has apologised.
Recall how Halima Abubakar vowed to name her coworkers who had an affair with the clergyman.
Halima, true to her word, included Annie Idibia and Mercy Johnson in the story.
As she prepared to reveal secrets about them, the 37-year-old woman told them to get ready. She let Mercy Johnson know in advance that the mother of four wasn’t left out because she had to collect, regardless of where the others were from.
“Mercy Johnson you must collect. Forget say we come from same place. Get ready”.
To Annie, she wrote, “Annie Macaulay if I hear, say you collect, I respect you innocent, but she go collect”.
Halima retracted her statement and apologised to the mother of two children.
Since Annie served as her bridesmaid when Halima married 2face, she claimed that her goal was not to drag her into it.
She explained that Annie did not have an affair with the clergyman and expressed regret for involving her in the situation.
“Good morning to you all. You can’t tell a story, without names. No one is here to drag Annie. Halima won’t do it. Halima was a bridesmaid to Annie in Dubai. She left even Annie pissed cos, Halima was crying on the phone. All day it was usually always an issue with him.
She has nothing to do with Sule…like sory u will be mentioned…so you will know how long, this has been. She is married, and will stay married.xoxo”
