Socialite Bobrisky has warned women not to inherit a fight between their man and his ex, saying the same punishment that hit the first wife is still waiting for the second.
Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, posted the advice on Instagram. The post did not name any couple.
“Know this now and have peace of mind. Never, and I mean NEVER, fight or inherit your husband/boyfriend’s ex-wife or ex-girlfriend,” Bobrisky wrote.
He continued:
“That cane they used to flog the first wife is still in the cooler, chilling and waiting to wipe your wig off as the second wife!”
The warning then turned on the men in the middle.
“You trust men? Haaa! My sister, it’s psychology that’ll heal you at the end! Men will watch two women fight over them and still sleep peacefully at night.”
In the caption, Bobrisky told women to leave a partner’s old relationship alone.
“Women please do better, jeeez! Stay away from your husband’s past relationship, it’s none of your business. You are inheriting ur husband fight with his ex, your healing will take a long time o.”
The note lands weeks after Bobrisky said a serious relationship had forced a quieter spell online. On the Take a Moment podcast in September, the socialite said a partner had warned that public drama could end the relationship, and that staying calm was partly about protecting the money that came with it. Wednesday’s post is a return to the blunt advice followers expect, this time aimed at women who pick up a man’s old war.
