Chaos tore through the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house on Monday night after a shirt argument between finalists Keivo and Tram turned into a physical fight. The clash happened in the Show Ya Sef house days before the October 4 finale, where one housemate will walk away with a record N160 million prize.
Tram accused Keivo of wearing one of his black Henley shirts. He said he entered the house with several identical ones, that the tag matched, and that he had even given Keivo a similar shirt before. According to reports of the confrontation, Tram pulled him aside and said Keivo could keep the cloth, but that he should have asked first.
“They made it, it wasn’t like you can buy it in a store,” Tram later told housemates, insisting the piece was his.
Keivo refused the label. He said the shirt was his, bought with the rest of his clothes, and that he would not sit down and be called a thief. He kept repeating he would not accept that tag. After the blow-up, he kept saying being called a thief felt like being called a rapist, and that he was ready to leave the house that same day if it would clear his name.
Words gave way to hands. Keivo landed a few punches and dragged him around while other housemates rushed in. Sheba and others tried to hold them apart. It was not enough. Biggie ordered the house to freeze and sent in three ninjas to lock the situation down. Clips later showed a ninja blocking Tram when he tried to go back at Keivo after being let back in.
The fight came hours after Barry won the season’s final Head of House challenge and took the title from Keivo. As of Tuesday morning, Big Brother had not announced a formal sanction, even though physical violence breaks house rules.
Keivo is Victor Ikpe, a 27-year-old web developer from Benue. Tram is Joshua Alekewumu, a 24-year-old Lagos streamer and content creator. Both are still in the final ten chasing the biggest prize in the show’s history.
