Popular TikTok star and streamer Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, better known as Peller, could not hold back his emotions on Friday when billionaire businessman King Ochacho formally handed him the keys and documents to a N400 million mansion in Abuja.
The emotional handover took place during a livestream attended by music executive Soso Soberekon. The luxurious property, located in the Lifecamp area of the Federal Capital Territory, was first announced as a wedding gift during Peller’s star-studded ceremony with his wife, Jarvis (Elizabeth Amadou), earlier in August 2026.
A visibly overwhelmed Peller wiped away tears of joy as he received the keys. He opened up about his earlier plans to surprise his new wife.
“I was still saying I wanted to surprise my wife with a new house, but Lekki houses are too expensive. Today, God sent Ochacho to surprise us with a house. I’m very happy,” Peller said.
King Ochacho, the real estate mogul behind Ochacho Real Homes, made it clear that the gift came with no strings attached.
“The house is for free! We didn’t call you to do advert or anything. It’s for free! You are the first person we are giving a house,” he declared.
He went further with powerful words of blessing:
“God will embarrass you with wealth. You have not seen anything. People are going to dash you estates. Very soon, my sons will give you a key to a house in London.”
The billionaire had previously described the N400 million value as “small money” to him and his family, insisting the Abuja mansion would be the smallest gift he would ever give Peller. He has also indicated plans to handle the full furnishing of the property.
The moment marked a major milestone for the young content creator, who has risen rapidly through bold stunts and engaging livestreams on TikTok. The gift has drawn widespread reactions online, with many celebrating the generosity while others marvelled at the scale of the blessing so early in Peller’s married life.
