Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has rocked the entertainment industry with an explosive eight-part tell-all video series. In the clips released between late July and early August 2026, the former P-Square star detailed long-held grievances against his twin brother Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) and elder brother Jude Okoye. The claims cover alleged financial betrayal, threats, and deep family cruelty toward his wife Lola Omotayo-Okoye and their son.
Many of the financial allegations remain before the courts, with Jude Okoye releasing documents and receipts to counter some claims. Peter has insisted he is only sharing his truth after years of silence. Here are ten of the most shocking revelations from the series.
Jude Allegedly Threatened to Shoot Him Over a US Property
Peter claimed a heated dispute erupted when he questioned plans to sell a jointly owned house in the United States without his knowledge. According to him, Jude threatened him repeatedly in Paul’s presence.
“If you are coming to my house, carry your coffin along. I will shoot you, bury you and nothing will happen,” Peter quoted Jude as saying.
He also alleged that Paul slapped him while he was recording the confrontation and that Jude later tried to get him to sign over his ownership rights to Jude’s wife.
Jude and Paul Allegedly Stole $3.2 Million from Their Shared Forex Account
In one of the most detailed financial claims, Peter accused his brothers of taking $3.2 million from a Forex account opened in 2013. He presented bank statements from EcoBank, Zenith Bank and FCMB accounts under Northside Entertainment, alleging unequal distributions that heavily favoured Jude.
“If the money is not important, why did they steal it from me? … It’s pure betrayal,” he said.
Two Mansions Allegedly Bought with Stolen Money and Sealed by EFCC
Peter claimed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission uncovered two large mansions located just minutes from their family house. He said the properties were traced to funds allegedly diverted by Jude and Paul and have since been sealed for forfeiture.
“Apparently, when EFCC were doing their investigation, they discovered two big mansions, two minutes away from this house. Guess who owns them – Paul and Jude. They traced it and found out they actually bought it from the stolen money,” he stated.
Jude Called His Son a Bastard
In the emotional eighth instalment, Peter recounted a family meeting when their son Cameron was about five months old. He alleged that Jude picked up a photograph of the baby and called the child a bastard in Igbo.
“Jude called our son a bastard. Lola started crying, and they pushed her out,” Peter said.
Family Pressured Lola to Abort the Pregnancy and Forged an Email
Peter alleged that Jude and Paul did everything possible to end the pregnancy. He claimed they even forged an email designed to frame Lola and suggest the child was not his.
“There is nothing Jude and Paul didn’t do for Lola to take that pregnancy out. To a point, they forged an email to frame Lola up,” he revealed.
Lola Was Made to Sit on the Floor and Told to Leave Peter
During a family meeting, Peter said his late mother Josephine Okoye (who arrived with pastors) declared that the Okoye family had decided Lola should leave their son alone. No seat was offered to the couple.
“Lola and I sat on the floor. The next thing my mum said was, ‘Young woman, we, the Okoye family, have decided that you should leave our son alone,’” he recounted.
Jude Missed Peter’s Wedding After Booking a Show in Ghana
Peter claimed that on the night before his wedding, Jude booked a performance with Globacom in Ghana. He arrived an hour and a half after the ceremony had started. While Peter was at his own wedding, Jude allegedly posted photos of himself in the studio with Wizkid, Don Jazzy and other stars who still managed to attend the event.
Royalties Allegedly Diverted Through a Company Owned by Jude and His Wife
Peter accused Jude of redirecting P-Square royalties through Northside Music Limited, a company in which he claimed Jude’s wife held 800,000 shares while Jude held 200,000. He said the company was used to divert millions without his knowledge.
“Infact Jude’s wife owns 800,000 shares. Jude owns 200,000 shares of the company that diverted P-Square’s millions of dollars,” he stated.
Artists Signed with an Unregistered Company While Funds Went Elsewhere
Peter alleged that Jude signed Cynthia Morgan in 2013 using the then-unregistered Northside Music (registered only in 2015), while aggregator payments continued flowing into Northside Entertainment accounts that Paul and Jude controlled.
“That means you signed Cynthia Morgan with an unregistered company in 2013 because Northside Music was registered in 2015… The aggregators were paying into Northside Entertainment, Paul and Jude were sharing it,” he said.
Brothers Never Apologised Despite Their Mother’s Dying Request
Peter claimed his late mother felt his pain and instructed Jude and Paul to apologise to him and Lola. Other siblings eventually did, but the two closest to him never complied before her death.
“After a few weeks, Henry apologised, Tony did, but ones that I live with, Paul and Jude never did. Waited for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, till our mom died. That apology was never made and our mom told them to do it,” he said emotionally.
The series has dominated conversations across social media and traditional media. Jude Okoye has responded to several of the financial claims with bank documents, emails and court references, describing some of the allegations as matters already examined by the EFCC and currently before a judge. Paul has largely stayed quieter publicly.
Peter has maintained that he never wanted a public fight but felt forced to speak so the full story could exist. The revelations have left many fans shocked at the depth of the family rift that once powered one of Africa’s biggest music groups.
