Controversial social media personality Bobrisky has stirred fresh debate after slamming men who marry multiple wives or have children with different women yet fail to write a will before death, describing the act as both unfair and irresponsible.

In a strongly worded Instagram story, Bobrisky questioned the intentions of such men, asking why they would deliberately leave their families in confusion and conflict after their demise.

“I don’t know if some of you men are intentionally wicked or what. You’ve married two or three wives, or you’ve had children with two or three women. Why not make a will before you leave this earth?” he wrote.

Bobrisky argued that taking on multiple partners comes with serious responsibilities that extend beyond life, urging men to make proper legal arrangements to protect everyone involved. He warned that dying intestate often sparks bitter inheritance battles, leaving loved ones traumatised and divided.

“Do you really want to leave behind confusion and family drama after you’re gone? I honestly see that as unfair and irresponsible.”

The outspoken personality’s comments have ignited heated discussions online, with many agreeing that proper estate planning is essential in polygamous settings, while others accuse Bobrisky of overstepping or using the topic to stay relevant.

This latest outburst adds to Bobrisky’s long list of bold takes on societal issues, from gender roles to family matters. While critics often dismiss his opinions due to his lifestyle, supporters praise him for highlighting uncomfortable truths many families face.

As Nigeria continues to grapple with complex family structures and inheritance disputes, Bobrisky’s message serves as a timely reminder for men to secure their legacies through legal wills rather than leaving chaos behind.
