Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has demanded a full refund of the money he donated to controversial relationship therapist Blessing Okoro, known as Blessing CEO, following her admission that she exaggerated details of her breast cancer diagnosis.

VDM made it clear that he is not interested in the ongoing debate about the stage of Blessing CEO’s cancer.
“Blessing CEO, my money is in your account. All these things you are saying that you don’t know whether you are stage 4 or not is not my concern. Get ready because my money is supposed to bring more money.”
The activist warned that her statements could amount to obtaining money through false pretence, describing it as “a very serious crime.”
“It’s already looking like you defrauded the public by obtaining through false pretense and that’s a great crime so you better have the cancer you claimed to have.”
He added that he has been busy with other matters but will pursue the refund when ready.
“I’ve been busy but when I’m ready for my money, you’re going to give me my money. You will learn the hard way.”
He concluded by reminding her and others that he operates as the “social media police” and will not let the matter slide.
The demand stems from Blessing CEO’s recent Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze, where she admitted to exaggerating aspects of her health battle. She revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer at a Nigerian hospital but does not know the exact stage because it was not indicated on her report.
Blessing CEO had publicly solicited donations from Nigerians for her treatment, explaining that she did not have a specific amount in mind and was asking for help because she was unsure of what to expect.
VDM confirmed he had donated money to her account for the supposed treatment but is now demanding it back in light of her admissions.
