Popular Nollywood actress and media personality Nancy Isime has sparked fresh conversations online after boldly declaring that she will never disclose her earnings or financial details to any man, even in a romantic relationship.

During a candid appearance on the Thanks For Coming podcast hosted by Grandprince Ita, Nancy firmly shut down questions about her pay for the Netflix hit series Blood Sisters.

“I never discuss three things: My money, my money, my money.”

When pressed for a range or even her lowest pay for any project, the actress remained resolute, questioning why she should reveal such sensitive information to a man.

“Tell a man how much I earn? For what?”

Nancy extended her stance to future romantic partners, making it clear she believes finances should remain private even in serious relationships.

“I wouldn’t do that and I don’t want him to discuss his with me either,” she added, referring to sharing account balance details or earnings.

She also dismissed the idea of partners checking each other’s phones, saying she has no interest in going through her man’s phone, but wouldn’t mind him checking hers.

“I don’t believe in checking of phones. I have no problems with him going through my phones, but for what? I’d never ask to check my man’s phone. I’ve never done that.”

Her strong position on financial privacy has divided opinions, with some praising her for setting firm boundaries and protecting her finances, while many others argue that transparency around money is essential for building trust in a relationship.

This latest revelation adds to ongoing conversations about money, power dynamics, and boundaries in modern relationships.
