Popular social media personality and financial coach Ojaigho Prosper, known as GehGeh, has strongly criticised TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, over his recent traditional marriage to fellow content creator Jarvis (Elizabeth Aminata).
Peller announced on Sunday that he had paid Jarvis’ bride price during a family introduction ceremony in Benin City, proudly declaring, “Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love.”

However, GehGeh expressed deep disappointment, arguing that financial capacity alone should not be the sole reason for marriage at Peller’s young age.
“Y’all are justifying his act with ‘he has the money allow him’. But y’all failed to ask yourself if he’s ready mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Everything isn’t all about the money.”
GehGeh, who claimed he had previously advised Peller against rushing into marriage, expressed frustration that his counsel was ignored.
“You still growing as a child. Why get married now? I tried my possible best to help you but you failed to listen to me.. Peller has gone to marry Jarvis.. upon all my advice this boy still poured spit on my face.”
The outspoken influencer challenged supporters of the union to consider whether they would give the same advice to their own younger relatives in a similar situation, emphasising the importance of overall readiness before making a lifelong commitment.
Peller and Jarvis’ relationship gained massive attention online, evolving from playful content to a full-blown romance that culminated in the traditional rites.
