Nigerian actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has left many stunned after sharing a raw and deeply personal testimony during a gospel ministration in Tanzania. The confession has sparked widespread reactions as she openly discussed her past struggles and spiritual transformation.
In the passionate address to the congregation, Tonto reflected on the difficult phases of her life and the choices she once made.
“In the midst of trying to navigate life, I’ve dipped my hands in so many filth and dirt, I’ve joined cult, I’ve worked with the demons so hard.”
She explained that those experiences gave her a profound understanding of spiritual battles and eventually led her to a turning point. Tonto described feeling a divine call back to faith, declaring her conviction that evil no longer holds power over her.
“I know who he is and I know that he does not have anything for me anymore.”
Recounting the moment she believes God restored her, she said:
“Today God said, ‘I’ll take you back and clean you up. I’ll put you on altars to preach my gospel.’”
