Harrison Has a Problem That I Know — Verydarkman Speaks on Gwamnishu Arrest, Denies Jealousy Claims

Social media critic Verydarkman (VDM) has finally addressed the swirling accusations that he played a jealous role in the arrest of activist Harrison Gwamnishu, who is currently being held following claims that he stole ransom money from the family of a kidnapped Edo couple.

Speaking in a new video, VDM clarified that he acted strictly on principle, not envy, after watching Gwamnishu confidently dismiss the allegations online.

According to him, the statement Gwamnishu made in his own defense was exactly what triggered him to alert authorities.

VDM said:

“I’ve known Harrison for a long time. Harrison has a problem but he’s a good guy. The solution is that he needs cleansing. Because anytime he is going up, bad things happen and he comes down again. And it’s always money related.”

He explained that while he had no intention of interfering initially, one particular line in Gwamnishu’s video pushed him to act.

“People think Verydarkman is jealous because I initiated the call. I did that because when I watched the video, he said something like ‘they would have reported to the police if he did anything wrong.’ I was gaslighted because I know what I know, so I called the police and reported that they should pick him up. If he’s the one saying the truth, they should release him.”

VDM emphasized that Gwamnishu’s continued detention tells its own story:

“But guess what, they haven’t released him because he’s not the one saying the truth.”

He concluded that based on what he knows and the current situation, the allegations involving ransom money may have deeper roots than the public initially assumed.
