Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has finally reacted to the backlash trailing a viral TikTok video she posted of her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, using the soundtrack “husbands are useless”.
The video, which quickly spread online, drew mixed reactions as many criticized her choice of audio, branding it “disrespectful”.
Responding in a fresh post, Regina seemed unfazed by the criticism and urged her fans to relax, noting she was only trying to jump on the popular Mama G trend.
“Guys, guys, guys, how about now? Why are you attacking me like this? This video, if it wasn’t me, it would be normal, you people should talk true. I just wanted to do my Mama G song… All of you take waka!” she said playfully.
She further clarified that people should calm down and not overthink the clip.
Captioning the video, Regina added:
“Abeg make this una talk no too make my odogwu reason anything o… Una no go stop my alert this Monday morning ijn.”
Despite the criticisms, fans flooded her comment section with support.
