Mercy Chinwo’s husband finally reveals baby’s gender

Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, husband of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, has finally revealed the gender of their baby.

The proud father revealed this in the comment section of a throwback video Mercy posted via Instagram on Friday.

In the video, a heavily pregnancy Mercy could be seen dancing to one of the tracks from her album.

“Throwback to when I was celebrating my precious bundle of Joy! Welcome to a season of celebration, family. May this month usher in an overflow of thanksgiving and testimonies in your life that will have you shouting ‘Jesus, indeed, You Do This One.

“Get your celebration started early by streaming our Thanksgiving anthem You Do This One, and make sure to pre-save the Overwhelming Victory album to be released soon. Your testimony is Next!” Mercy captioned the video.

Reacting in the comment section of the post, Mercy’s husband revealed that the couple welcomed a boy.

“December to celebrate with the mother of my SON what a December,” he wrote.

The couple announced the birth of their baby in an Instagram post on October 27.

Mercy and Blessed Uzochikwa tied the knot traditionally in Port Harcourt on Friday, August 12, 2022.

The white wedding which was held on Saturday was attended by families and friends of the couple including Banky W and Adesua Etomi.
