Why Tinubu has my support – Yul Edochie

Yul Edochie, an actor, has endorsed President Bola Tinubu, describing him as a wise man.

Yul posted this message on Instagram with a picture of Tinubu on Monday.

He said, “As a leader you will see certain things that your people may never see. You will have access to certain information that your people may never have access to. So some of your decisions may not be fully understood by the people, even though they’re in the best interest of the people. You have my support, Sir. @officialasiwajubat I know you’re a man of wisdom. May God guide you in all the decisions you take for Nigeria. Best Wishes, Mr. President. THE JAGABAN.”

Tinubu has come under backlash over the hike in fuel and diesel prices and his position on using the military to restore democracy in neighbouring Niger Republic.

Meanwhile, the Senate has screened and approved the nomination of 45 of 48 ministerial nominees from Tinubu. Among the three who were put on hold was former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai for security reasons.

Tinubu was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election on March 1 and was sworn into office on May 29.
