Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is engulfed in explosive scandal after his girlfriend and mother of his child, Dutch model Jelicia Westhoff, publicly accused him of cheating with both men and women while branding him a neglectful and abusive father.
The drama erupted just hours after Okoye was spotted with American rapper Cardi B at high-profile fashion events in Italy and Paris, sparking intense dating rumours that apparently triggered Jelicia’s outburst.
In a series of fiery Instagram posts, Jelicia pulled no punches.
“Instead of loving us, you beat me, cheated on me with men and women. YOU’RE a demon who tried to destroy my life,” she wrote.
She further claimed Okoye never dated other women because “he sleeps with men too,” while accusing him of being bisexual and prioritising his image over their family.
Jelicia painted a heartbreaking picture of neglect toward their young son.
“YOU don’t call your son, you don’t see your son… Let’s speak about December, my son got hospitalized 4 times, on intensive care, with an ambulance!!! His father didn’t even come.”
She added that Okoye had seen their child only “two times this year, three times last year.”
The model insisted she supported Okoye when no one else did.
“I helped you when NO one was there for you!!! I MADE YOU! NO ONE KNEW WHO YOU WAS.”
As of now, Maduka Okoye has remained silent on the allegations, leaving fans and netizens divided. Some believe Jelicia’s claims and point out she had raised similar issues before the Cardi B rumours, while others question her timing and suggest bitterness over the footballer’s rising spotlight.
