Peter Okoye of the legendary duo P-Square has stirred fresh drama as he openly reflects on the unfair treatment he endured from the music industry and fans in the past, declaring that the overwhelming love he receives today proves the truth eventually triumphs.
In a heartfelt yet defiant post on his X (formerly Twitter) page, the singer poured out his emotions.
“Not gonna lie… There was a time the music industry and even the fans weren’t fair to me. Today, the love is overwhelming. What changed? Maybe the truth has a way of revealing itself with time. OG FOREVER,” Peter wrote.
The post quickly drew mixed reactions, with one X user hitting back harshly and accusing him of playing the victim card.
“Oga, there’s no truth. Stop telling us about your family problems and playing victim, or we’ll be forced to send you back. Who’s this man? Emotion won’t make us stream your songs. Make good music that resonates with your fans and stop bringing these unnecessary talks all the time,” the critic fired.
Peter refused to stay silent and clapped back instantly with a savage response:
