Nigerian rap star Ice Prince has made a startling confession about his past addiction to marijuana, disclosing that he spent a whopping ₦340 million on just one major weed supplier between 2020 and 2026.
The “Oleku” hitmaker opened up during an interview on the Nevon Media podcast hosted by Rufai Oseni. He admitted having multiple suppliers across different cities but highlighted the enormous amount spent on his primary dealer. He said:
“Between 2020 and 2026, I’d spent 340 million on one dealer of weed. This is just one guy who’s obviously my major supplier. There’re others though because it’s a different person when I’m in Abuja, in Ghana, in Jos, and in London.”
The rapper also shared that he has become celibate and quit alcohol since he stopped smoking.
Ice Prince’s candid revelation has shocked many fans, sparking widespread reactions online. While some praised his transparency and decision to turn a new leaf, others expressed surprise at the huge amount of money spent on marijuana over the six-year period.
