Bolaji Ogunmola Slams Nigerian Airline Over Cancelled Flights

Nollywood actress Bolaji Ogunmola has publicly called out United Nigeria Airlines after she was stranded at the Ekiti Airport following multiple flight cancellations.

The actress, who is currently managing a ₦20 million movie production, shared an emotional video online where she broke down in tears, explaining how the repeated cancellations disrupted her tight schedule and put her project at risk.

Visibly distressed, Bolaji revealed that the situation left her helpless, frustrated, and overwhelmed, as time and money continued to slip away with no clear communication from the airline.

She later took to her Instagram page to express her anger, warning frequent flyers to avoid the airline. She wrote:

“United airline @flyunitednigeria is so sad in 2026, that basic human decency and service fully paid for doesn’t matter!!!! If you a frequent flyer please and please avoid this airline. It’s a shame!!!!!!”

Bolaji’s outburst has since sparked conversations online, with many Nigerians sharing similar experiences of flight delays and cancellations. Others expressed sympathy for the actress, noting how unreliable air travel can severely affect professionals working under strict deadlines.

The incident has once again drawn attention to airline reliability, customer service, and accountability in Nigeria’s aviation sector, especially for creatives whose work depends heavily on timing and logistics.
