You Aren’t the Victim, Senator Akpabio Is — Doris Ogala Accuses Natasha Akpoti of Bullying, Threatens to Release Evidence

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has stirred major controversy on social media after publicly calling out House of Representatives member Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, accusing her of bullying, manipulation and playing the victim in her ongoing clash with Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

Taking to her Instagram page, Doris unleashed a series of posts recounting an alleged incident involving Regina Daniels’ brother’s arrest. She claimed Natasha behaved contrary to her public image and insisted her latest intervention had nothing to do with personal attacks but with “what really happened” between them.

In her words, Doris warned Natasha not to twist the narrative:

“Senator Natasha, you know what you did during Regina Daniels’ brother’s case when we spoke on the phone. So, don’t you dare act like this is an attack on you. This is strictly between me and you and what you did to me.”

She went on to assert that Natasha was not the victim in her ongoing drama with Senator Akpabio:

“YOU WON’T PLAY VICTIM THIS TIME, DEAR SEN NATASHA. I AM GOING TO LET THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW WHO YOU ARE… SEN AKPABIO IS THE VICTIM HERE.”

Doris accused the lawmaker of bullying people and vowed to reveal evidence she claims to have been keeping for a long time.

“You don’t know what is coming. By the time I display the evidence I have, the world will really know who you are and how you bully people. You have always done it to people. I will be the last person you will ever do it to.”

In a follow-up post, Doris escalated her allegations, insisting she would present evidence without telling “a single lie.”

“Sen Natasha, one thing I will tell you is… I will never tell one single lie against you. I will tender every evidence backing my claims. then take me to court.”

She alleged that she possessed detailed documents, voice recordings, account numbers, and bank transfers purportedly showing how individuals named Obinna and Tabita were recruited to make false claims against Senator Akpabio.

Doris wrote:

“I have all the documented evidence, the voice recordings, the account number, and the monies that were transferred, showing how Obinna and Tabita were recruited to lie against Sen Akpabio… Enough of lying to the public and seeking public sympathy.”

Her posts have triggered heated conversations online, with many Nigerians calling for clarity as both the actress and the politician continue to trade accusations.

Doris’ outburst comes months after Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexually harassing her, a claim she made public on February 20, 2025. The Senate later suspended her for six months for alleged misconduct during plenary, citing violations of the Standing Rules.

Just last week, the rift resurfaced after Natasha confirmed that Akpabio had filed a ₦200 billion lawsuit against her over the sexual harassment allegation.

With the case back in public conversation, Doris Ogala’s sudden entry into the matter has added a fresh layer of drama.
