Media personality Do2dtun has publicly appreciated actor Bolanle Ninalowo for supporting him during his ongoing battle to gain access to his children, following the latest developments in his case with his ex-wife, Taiwo Oyebanjo.
Earlier, Do2dtun had called out the American Embassy in Nigeria, alleging that they allowed his ex-wife to relocate to the United States with their children without his consent. He also accused the former US Consulate of allegedly conspiring with Taiwo and her family to take the kids out of Nigeria secretly.
Reacting to his ordeal, Bolanle Ninalowo showed him strong support. The actor who has fought a similar custody battle told Do2dtun that his “fight would never go in vain.” Ninalowo recalled how he once abandoned everything he had built in Nigeria to move back to America so he could fight for his children. He revealed that his son kept him strong through it, saying he always reminded him that he “saw” him.
In a heartfelt appreciation post shared on Instagram, Do2dtun revealed that he regularly speaks with Ninalowo privately and draws strength from his experience.
He wrote:
“Thank you so much, Nino. You know what’s funny, I have seen all types of judgment from different people, but again I pause sometimes to think what is the worth of these over my kids. I am silent, go about my business, and then I move ahead in life, but then I see people like you and how you fight for the future of your children. I had conversations with you, and you’ve inspired me.”
Do2dtun added that many people believe moving on is easy, but only those who understand the true meaning of parental bonds can relate. He described the attacks against him as a “witch hunt” meant to push damaging narratives.
He continued:
“We are at a crossroads where no one pauses, thinks, and asks, Is this enough to warrant such misjudgment and inhumane conduct?
The truth is, it’s just a pure witch hunt and someone who needs to peddle narratives that mar me to stay and win a fight. To what end?
Thank you so much for understanding and seeing through everything. You are a true one. Love you, my gee.”
This is not the first time Do2dtun has expressed frustration over his custody ordeal. On Father’s Day last year, he broke down on social media, questioning how anyone expected him to “move on” when he had been denied access to his daughters. He lamented a system that allows “money and power” to overshadow truth and goodwill.
Do2dtun’s ex-wife, Omotayo Oyebanjo, the younger sister of music star D’banj, previously filed for divorce after nearly nine years of marriage, citing allegations of forced abortion, domestic violence, and emotional abuse—claims Do2dtun has repeatedly denied.
Although Omotayo once released a statement promising to grant him access to the kids, Do2dtun later revealed that his daughters had been flown abroad for months without his knowledge, a move he describes as deeply painful and unjust.
The media personality says he will continue fighting for his children “no matter how long it takes.”
