Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez has reportedly apologized to renowned music executive Bankulli in a leaked audio following an earlier public altercation that stirred reactions online.
According to reports, the “Cana” crooner was accused of publicly disrespecting Bankulli and allegedly assaulting his cameraman. The situation was later said to have been peacefully resolved by Lagos socialite Abu Abel.
In the leaked audio, Seyi Vibez could be heard admitting his fault and seeking forgiveness. He explained that he never intended to disrespect him.
“I’m a new generation, and for my misbehavior, I know I was childish. I didn’t expect Bankuli to treat me that way. I’m sorry.”
The audio also captured Abu Abel mediating between both parties, urging Bankulli to let go of the misunderstanding.
“Forget the thing of the past, we’re all family”, Abel was heard saying in the clip.
Bankulli later confirmed the reconciliation on his Instagram page, expressing gratitude and emphasizing the power of forgiveness.
“Forgiveness is divine. Thank you, my very good friend… Presidential Rugged”, he wrote.
The incident, which had earlier sparked heated discussions among fans, now appears to have ended on a peaceful note, thanks to Abel’s intervention.
Fans have since reacted to the leaked audio, praising both parties for their maturity.
