The ongoing feud between Nollywood actresses Nkechi Blessing Sunday and Lizzy Anjorin has reignited, with Nkechi firing back at her colleague in a fiery Instagram post that’s now making waves online.
The outspoken actress, known for her bold personality, issued a direct challenge to Lizzy, daring her to “pick a location” for a physical showdown.
“Lizzy Anjorin. Oni se orire. Ashiere eda. If them born your father well, pick a location. I go beat you like small pikin”, Nkechi wrote.
She went on to lash out at the actress, accusing her of repeatedly picking fights online despite her own decision to stay away from social media drama.
“’Cause I decide to stop online drama? I go drag you reach your village, that is if you get any,” she continued, adding, “You have looked for my trouble several times. I choose to ignore you. All the curses you’ve been laying on people are affecting you, but you don’t know.”
In the lengthy post filled with Yoruba phrases and biting remarks, Nkechi also took a jab at Lizzy’s reputation, calling her “Oloshi” and “Oma to se esin agbaye.”
The heated exchange comes months after Nkechi appeared to be turning a new leaf. In March, she publicly apologized to fans and brands she had offended in the past, admitting that her controversial image cost her several endorsement deals.
In September, she broke down in tears on social media while lamenting a woman’s alleged attempts to ruin her brand, stating that she was tired of being misunderstood.
Her latest outburst, however, has stirred mixed reactions; with some fans defending her out of loyalty, while others expressed disappointment, saying she might be undoing her recent efforts to maintain peace.
As of the time of this report, Lizzy Anjorin has not publicly responded to Nkechi’s outburst.
