Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, has opened up about the realities of life after the show, revealing how difficult it’s been to adapt to the expectations that come with fame.
Speaking at a recent public event, the reality star admitted that maintaining the polished image expected of celebrities has been one of her toughest adjustments.
“I’d say having to put on makeup each time I step out, maybe for an event like this, really isn’t my thing”, she confessed. “I don’t like things on my face, and I even hate hairs on my body.”
Imisi explained that she has always preferred a more natural and simple appearance, but public life now demands constant grooming and presentation.
“This is something I really need to adjust to. Honestly, I think I look good without all that, but because of what you’re trying to portray and how people expect you to appear, you’ve got to keep your hair, makeup, and nails done”, she added.
Since emerging as the winner of the Season 10 edition of Big Brother Naija, Imisi has gained widespread attention, becoming one of the most talked-about female housemates in the show’s history.
However, her recent revelation highlights the unseen pressures many reality stars face once the cameras stop rolling.
